At MultiQart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent exchange process.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange , the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- The product must not be damaged or altered by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized items
Exchange Process

- Approval: Our team will review your request and approve the exchange if it meets our criteria.
- Send the Item: Ship the product back to us at the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
- Receive New Product: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll dispatch the replacement product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Share clear photos or videos of the damage with our team.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs
- For exchanges or returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll cover the shipping charges.
